ML microservices drive smart recommendations; containerized with Docker and deployed on the private cloud infrastructure platform.
Private Cloud Infrastructure Platform
Core OpenStack services (Keystone, Neutron, Glance, Heat, Cinder) deployed to build a full IaaS/PaaS/SaaS cloud environment. Provisioning automated with Ansible, Terraform, and Heat, Kubernetes orchestration set up with Helm, Prometheus and Grafana monitoring, and Prophet-based ML models integrated for resource usage forecasting.

Analytics platform using Random Forest, KNN, K-Means, and XGBoost to predict student performance, assess dropout risk, and generate personalized recommendations. Deployed as a Next.js and FastAPI app with student and admin dashboards.

- Deployed Zuul gating CI on OpenStack to test and gate GitLab merge requests, catching integration failures that pass individually but break in combination.
- Built and deployed Semaphore UI through a custom Ansible role with encrypted credential storage, enabling browser-driven playbook execution across managed hosts.
- Deployed and maintained Kodus, a nine-container application (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ) backed by a self-hosted Qwen2.5-Coder model on an OpenAI-compatible endpoint, using Ansible roles with idempotent reconcile validation.
